The most important problem of the history of the cultural revolution in the peoples of the North Caucasus, as well as of cultural construction in general, was the study of the regularities of the formation and development of the Soviet intelligentsia, including in the North Caucasus. This study focuses on the formation and evolution of the Soviet intelligentsia in the North Caucasus, a subject significantly influenced by the writings of V.I. Lenin and the resolutions of party congresses, conferences, and meetings concerning personnel policy. Early works on the history of the North Caucasian intelligentsia emerged in the 1920s, primarily consisting of articles and pamphlets addressing the modern challenges of training national cadres. Despite the small number of national intellectuals at the time, these early works acknowledged their progressive influence on various spheres of public life. The training of a new intelligentsia was viewed as a direct catalyst for the socialist transformation of the economic, cultural, and social life of the highlanders.
