Historiography of researches in the field of the informatisation of russian archives (2005-2015)

The article deals with the third phase of informatisation of archives in the Russian Federation, the beginning of which coincided with the adoption of the «Electronic Russia» program (2002). The great i impact on the organization and conduct of scientific research in this period had an administrative reform in 2004, the change in the archive’s legislation and the active development of the rule of law, to ensure the transfer of the Russian Federation to the information society. The author traces the results of solving the main tasks set out in the government programs of informatisation and formation of a single information space, sets the form of realization of the main directions of informatisation of the Russian Federation as a whole and archives informatisation on in particular. The main objectives of research in this period have been searching for methods to increase the efficiency of the implementation of computer technology and automated systems for records management and archiving; problems associated with the use of electronic documents signed with electronic signatures in the operational activities of the organizations, the introduction of electronic document management systems, the organization of the reception of electronic documents for long term archival storage; as well as the understanding of the new realities of development of information technologies, a special place among them is occupied and the Internet and «cloud» technologies. The result of the research on the subject for archives is to develop common approaches and methods of processes of informatisation, as well as long-term strategy of embedding the Russian archives in the digital era.
