Historiography of the post-soviet period of Bereznikovsky agrlomeration as a source of planning horizon for the development of the territory

Analyzed is the scientific literature on the issues of history and culture of the territory on which in 2018 a new administrative-territorial formation of the Berezniki city district of the Perm Territory was formed. We consider the works of authors whose works were published after the collapse of the USSR and their role in solving socio-economic and political problems. A statement is made about the importance of historical continuity, based on in-depth knowledge of sociocultural, economic, and political processes in developing plans for the long-term development of the agro-industrial territory.
