Reclamation and seizure of things (documents) when checking a crime report

On the basis of analysis of investigative and judicial practice, theoretical and legal provisions the issue of reclamation and seizure of things and documents at the stage of initiation of legal proceedings is considered in the article. The author makes some conclusions and formulates recommendations for law enforcement officials.
