Currently, organizations are striving not only to automate individual HR functions, but to form a single automated HR system that would allow for digital transformation, which implies a radical increase in the effectiveness of the HR function. Already today, many large commercial organizations are actively implementing cloud platforms that provide an integrated approach to HR transformation, in which HR processes are not only automated, but become more convenient, faster and more effective. The article analyzes the level of automation of organizations' HR processes, areas of personnel management that use HR analytics, data quality for HR analytics, and also identifies the key tasks of organizations in the field of automation.
