Results of P. A. Stolypin agrarian reform in Simbirsk province in 1917

The article is devoted to the problems of development of agriculture in Simbirsk province in the early XXth century. The author concludes that during Stolypin reforms there were certain changes in the social sphere of a village. However resettlement policy held within a framework of agrarian reforms was not able to solve a lackland problem among peasants.
