From the history of staffing in the museums of Kabardino-Balkaria

The article is based on archival materials and is devoted to providing museums Kabardino-Balkaria staff of professional art critics in the period from 20-ies of the 20th century to the present time. The presence of several staff members with the education in art criticism was a prerequisite which had been made by the Russian Culture Ministry when opened the Art Museum in Nalchik. At the beginning of its activity the staffing problem was solved by inviting employees from other regions. From 1960 to the end of the 80s there were recruited a few critics, who left the museum for various reasons. Since that time, during more than two decades, the museum is working in the absence of employees with the education in the field of the art criticism, and this staffing problem is not resolved until now.
