Based on studies conducted in Mongolia, belonging to the seismic zones with the intensity of 7-9 points, and requirements for buildings and facilities operated under these conditions, a dynamic method of reinforced concrete load-bearing structures of multi-storey frame buildings in seismic action and similar dynamic loads is described in the article.
