From the history of creation and the activities Omsk department of Moscow agricultural society

The article presents a historical analysis of the activities local administration bodies in the sphere of agricultural production and the development of optimum forms of farming population. In this regard, before the regional administration there was a question about what the first steps should be done in this direction. October 26, 1899 in Omsk, the first meeting of representatives of various departments, this was decided in order to improve agriculture and rural industry in Akmola region to form in Omsk department of the Moscow Society of Agriculture. The purpose of activities department of Omsk was the implementation of measures aimed at the development of local agriculture. It should be emphasized that the meeting Moscow Society of Agriculture, have played a role in the development of specific action plans of the local administration, action plans implemented by it during the relevant policies of agricultural development in the region. During these steps, there were major changes in the agricultural production of the region.
