From the history of genesis and development of Russian legal science in the 18th century

The article highlights the historical features and complex nature of the formation of Russian jurisprudence and its future development in the 18th century. The role of Emperor Peter I and his associates in the need to study legal science is shown. The main ideas of I.A. Tretyakovskii, which relate to law, economics and ethics are investigated.
