History of soviet court system development

The archival document considered in the paper introduces the materials of the Soviet court system development period (i. e. courts of general jurisdiction and revolutionary tribunals) on the territory of Simbirsk province. It contains the contradictions of the second stage of a new court system development. The document under consideration suggests the main ways and mechanisms of coping with these contradictions.
