The article deals with the issues related to the history of formation and activities of the Tuvan Revolutionary Youth Union (TRYU). The period under consideration covers 1921-1944 - the period of the independent state of the Tuvan People's Republic (TNR). The Tuvan people rose up against their centuries-old oppressors and with the support of the Russian people served up the National Liberation Revolution in 1921, which was the beginning of a new free life. Tuva relied on the Soviet model of development, the emergence and development of national and socio-political institutions took place under the ideological and political influence of the Central Committee of the All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks and the Communist International. We have considered the problems of youth and ways to resolve them through the organization and main activities of the Tuvan Revolutionary Youth Union aimed at integration of young people into the life of society. The activities of the Tuvan People's Revolutionary Party (TPRP) were aimed at raising the level of development of young people, their education, consciousness and values, as well as social activity for the accelerated get-out of Tuva from a crisis. We have concluded that the pace of development of both youth and society as a whole depends on the integration of young people into all spheres of society, their active participation in it.
