The problem of learning individualization when doing laboratory works in Physics via internal level differentiation targeted to creating success situations for each student is discussed. Themes of laboratory works are given, self made and non- standard measurement devices, standard and additional tasks and practical methods used in the organization of frontal students experiment are described.
