From the experience of work of Khmelnitsky regional employment centre as for organization of professional training of unemployed citizens on the order of employers

The system of work of Khmelnitsky regional employment centre as for the improvement of instruments of active policy of labour market, in particular organization of professional training of unemployed citizens on the basis of study and prediction of the employers' demands in qualified specialists at the moment and for the further perspective has been revealed in the article. Special attention is paid to the analyses of methods of such work, kinds and forms of professional training of adults, usage of which guaranties gaining final goals - job placement of unemployed with proper job, rise of competitiveness at the labour market and gratification of employers' demands in qualified specialists.
