From the experience of the implementation of the ideas of polycultural education in the Russian school

The article covers the problems arising from the implementation of the program of multicultural education in private educational institutional of the «Russian railways including» the networking of the subjects of the experiment in the organization of the experimental activities of the institutional. The analysis of teaching experience was implemented, practical recommendations for the formation of a policultural environment and the implementation of the appropriate educational technologies are suggested.
