Electoral rights of citizens in the decisions of the constitutional court of the Russian Federation

The article analyzes the innovations of the Russian electoral legislation in part of the appeal of voting results at the polling places, early voting, nomination and support of candidates for election of heads of subjects of the Russian Federation arising from the legal positions of the constitutional Court of Russia.
