Legal regulation redundancy in the constitutional law: the external and internal aspects

This article is discussed the redundancy manifestation in the constitutional legal regulation, as well as the objective and subjective grounds, causing this a trend of constitutional law norms development. The article author is distinguished the external and internal redundancy of the constitutional law norms. The contributor is mentioned the inclusion of new kinds of public relations into the constitutional law subject towards the external redundancy manifestations; norms adoption where there is no objective necessary, laws creation, which is nothing new introducing in the legal regulation system. Likewise, there is distinguished the redundant legal regulation on the federal level regarding the regional regulation. The author considers that the internal redundancy manifistation is the weakening of the abstract nature of constitutional law norms, diffusion (or duality) of the norms. Herewith this duality has taken place that not only towards federal level acts and federal entities level, but the acts of the same level in respect of.
