Flexure-shift piezoelement

Several modifications of electrod cover of shift piezoceramic element for variations in energy of flexure and shift in combining mode has been suggested on the base of visualization of flexure by means Holographic Interferometry and AFC. The most important features of the simple model for the combining mode has been outlined briefly. The possibility of using the element as a cantilever for Scan Zond Microscopy and Power Lithography gas been indicated.
