Seizure of prohibited or restricted in circulation substances and items during operational examination: criminal procedural aspect

Based on the analysis of the provisions of the criminal procedural theory and legislation, investigative and judicial practice, the article considers the possibility of seizing objects prohibited or restricted in circulation during an operational-search activity in the form of inspection of premises, buildings, structures, terrain and vehicles; recommendations are proposed to recognize this seizure as legal, to ensure the admissibility of the obtained objects when proving in the criminal proceedings.
