Installed area spread tree varieties and forms of pears grown in the territory of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, to clarify their names and synonyms, conducted by ripening group, made up a precise list of the gene pool of pears trees in the region. It determines the chemical composition of fruits of pears varieties and forms. Presented results of a comparative study of the content of sugars, acids, ratio of sugar to acid, vitamin C, solids, and the average mass of each fruit varieties in relation to the standard varieties.
