The increased of activity of lysosomal cystein proteinases cathepsins L, B and H in the vein wall of rats under tromboze made in the experiment was found. Thrombosis simulated by ligation iliac vein, extracted operated and intact vessels and determined the activity of the cathepsins in the wall of the vessel in the dynamics: in the first, third and fifth day. In operated veins activity cathepsins statistically increased significantly in the first, third and fifth day compared with reference values. In intact veins activity cathepsins demonstrated a statistically significant rise on the third day after the operation. The activity of the studied cathepsins in operated veins statistically significantly differ from the activity in intact veins on the first and fifth day.
