Changing of state control as a criterion for the constitutionalization of Russian political parties

Introduction: control over political parties is updated by frequent legislative changes that affect the constitutionalisation of Russian political parties. The purpose of the study is to identify the typological features of state control in Russian party legislation in order to determine the impact of legislative changes on the constitutional reality of party relations.
