The work shows that about half of employed persons of retirement age have been working for the same employer for more than 10 years, while at the age of 40-44 - about a third. At the same time, it was revealed that, firstly, when changing jobs after the onset of retirement age, there is a deterioration in the characteristics of jobs, which is manifested in an increase in the prevalence of informal employment and a decrease in professional status.
