Enzyme parameters under the optimal concentrations of alcohol dehydrogenase, ethanol, nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide, Piracetam, Zorex and Unitiol have been calculated and analyzed. Optimal conditions for the application of Piracetam, Zorex and Unitiol are found. They can be used in treatment of chronic alcoholism.
