The comparative analysis of coagulative hemostasis and fibrinolysis for patients with stage I-IIB breast cancer with respect to the extent of tumor involvement was carried out. Patients with stage I-IIA breast cancer were found to have hypercoagulation concurrent with fybrinolysis activation, whereas patients with locoregional metastases (stage IIB breast cancer) had hypocoagulation concurrent with progressive fibrinolysis activation.
