The interpretation of the results of the correlation analysis during the toxicological experiment provides additional information on the state of the animals` organism and its ability to adapt under conditions of impact of the xenobiotic. In the various authors` studies, there is an increase in the correlation of physiological parameters during the adaptation process with the degradation of environmental conditions [1-4]. However, changes in the relationship between blood indices for chronic intoxication with pesticides have not been sufficiently studied. Therefore, the aim of this study was to establish differences in the dynamic of regulatory processes in cows in subclinical pesticidal intoxication and control group animals by correlation analysis, and also to determine the nature of the correlation between biochemical and morphological parameters of blood. The study was conducted in the Omsk region on cows of black and motley breed at the age of three. The animals of the experimental group were subjected to a four - fould, external treatment with butox. The treatment regime was in accordance with the instructions for the use of the medication. The blood sampling for the study was carried out after butox treatment four times with a periodicity of 10 days, the fifth time a month after the last treatment. Data obtained during the experiment of morphological and biochemical research were processed by the method of correlation analysis. As the result of the study it was established that the correlation level between individual biochemical and hemolytic indices reflects the features of adaptation of the organism in subclinical intoxication with pesticides. So, with intocsication the correlation between the indicators increases: monocyte - albumin, monocyte - AlAT and monocyte - AsAT in the blood plasma, which can be used to establish the intensity of the adaptation mechanisms and evaluate the effectiveness of pharmacocorrection.
