The relevance of this topic is due to the need to adapt to new conditions and apply effective personnel management strategies, since the digital transformation of the economy entails a digital transformation of society, the fundamental prerequisites of which are the presence of global technological and geopolitical trends. In the context of such changes, modern technological solutions and tools are becoming key for the effective management of resources and improvement of staff performance. This article discusses the difficulties that arise when integrating digital methods into tasks and functions related to human resource management. The practical value of the research is manifested through the identification of problem areas in employee management, which enables organizations to create strategies for effective work in this area.
