Changes in the volume of tax revenues to the federal budget before and after COVID-19

The COVID-19 pandemic has had a noticeable impact on the Russian economy. Some Russian companies suffered huge losses in the first half of 2020. The population of the country also noted a reduction in income and savings. The presented paper examines how this has affected tax revenues to the federal budget. The authors considered the essence of taxes, the tax system, considered federal taxes, analyzed in detail the amount of federal taxes received in the budget before and after the coronavirus pandemic. The conclusion is made about the conducted research.
