Change of demand for the higher education in Russia from 1995 to 2016

Education is the major social institute which carries out significant for the personality and society of function. Education as the sphere of public life is in Russia under the influence of certain political and socio-economic factors. Recessions and rises in economy, political crises, education reforms defined dynamics of consumption throughout certain periods. In article the analysis of change of social demand and detection of regularity in educational resources of Russia is carried out.
