The arterial hypertension occupies one of the leading positions in the structure of extragenital pathology. The study of new methods of early diagnostics of is still actual. At the Ob&Gyn Department of the SSMU 70 women in II and III trimesters of pregnancy with different forms of arterial hypertension were examined. Increasing of the average hemodynamic blood pressure was registered before occurrence of complications.
