Alteration breast cancer stage after parasternal lymphadenectomy using video thoracoscopic technique in patients with clinically diagnosed T2N0M0 stage of tumor process

Our investigations are based on the findings obtained from 84 patients with T2N0M0 stage of breast cancer having been performed radical and parasternal lymphadenectomy using video thoracoscopic technique. This particular type of operation contributed much to metastases detecting in this lymphatic cite in 13 % patients with this cancer stage and resulted in alteration of T2N0M0 stage of cancer process to T2N3M0 stage accordingly.
