Changes in the structure of complications of the ulcer diseases of the stomach and the twelve dictor in patients of general surgical profile in the last 20 years

This article presents a structural analysis of the complications of gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer among patients who underwent inpatient treatment at the surgical department of the UMD Republic of Udmurtia “First Republican Clinical Hospital” in Izhevsk for 1998 and 2017. A comparative analysis of gender, age, localization of the ulcer, complications of a peptic ulcer - bleeding, perforation, pyloric stenosis, and treatment was carried out.
