Change of technogenic pollution in the industrial city atmosphere and its influence on cancerogenic and mutagen effects at citizens

Official data on the atmospheric air state in the large industrial center of Western Siberia Kemerovo city from 1990 to 2012 are studied. The analysis of atmospheric air pollution from stationary sources from 1990 to 2000 and from 2001 to 2012 is carried out. Decrease in total emissions of polluting substances in atmospheric air of Kemerovo city from 2001 to 2012 in comparison with 1990 for 2000 is established. As a result of cytogenetic and epidemiological data analysis, gathering by genetics department of Kemerovo state university and employees of Iinsitute of human ecology SB RAS, showed reduction of frequency of chromosomes aberrations and total decrease in lung cancer incidence at inhabitants of Kemerovo city during the period from 2001 to 2012 in comparison with the period from 1990 to 2000 that will be coordinated with decrease in number of pollution substances emissions in atmospheric air.
