Changes of function of kidneys at persons of senile age against application simvastatin in a daily dose of 20 mg

In article the analysis of changes of parameters of a creatinine level is submitted and it clearance at patients than 75 years and more senior with chronic heart failure (CHF) on a background of ischemic heart disease are more senior. Influence of a simvastatin preparation in a daily doze of 20 mg on changes of researched parameters is appreciated. The received data allow to use a preparation of HMG-CoA reductase inhibitors group - simvastatin, more widely at treatment of patients with CHF than 75 years and more senior with a boundary level of infringement of kidneys function.
