The prevalence of diabetes mellitus (DM), according to WHO, is about 347 million people, and this figure is steadily increasing every year. Diabetes is now in third place after cardiovascular and oncological diseases (1). Currently, all activities are aimed at treating and compensating for impaired carbohydrate metabolism in patients with already existing symptoms of diabetes mellitus.At the same time, the methods of early diagnosis, detection of predisposition to this disease are of greatest interest, because disease is easier to prevent than to treat it (2). Studies of the peculiarities of changes in metabolism parameters in response to a stress factor can determine the predisposition of individuals to this disease.
