Changes of macro- and microhemodynamics in a nephron and peripheric vascular system in conditions of oxidative stress at cadmium intoxication in rats

Cadmium sulphate as an ion with variable valency can induce formation of active oxigen metabolites, initiat-ing peroxide oxidation of lipids (POL). As a result there formed primary, intermediate and end-products od POL, having damaging effect on cellular membranes phospholipids. Membrane toxis action leads to change water-and electrolyte excretory function of kidneys. As a target there can be membranous enzyme Na2 +, K +- ATA.
