Changes of fresh natural waters resources in mountain areas of kryolitozone at global climate warming (on the example of northeast of Russia)

Global climate warming in mountain areas of cryolitozone is ambiguously reflected in long-term changes of water resources. In the separate rivers the drain increases, in others under the influence of technogenic activity, activization of evaporation and biological efficiency of shrubby and wood vegetation the general water drain can decrease. Therefore the further detailed studying of occurring changes of environment in Northeast of Russia is necessary.
