The changes of hemodynamics in tibial shaft cavity and in the leg soft tissues for pulsing intraosseous pressure (IOP) were studied experimentally using 10 dogs. It was revealed that shaft tunnelization led to both intensification of blood circulation in bone and increase of blood inflow to limb segment. In this case circulation limitation in intact tissues occurred within the range of "normal" changes due to autoregulation mechanism starting, and this limitation disappeared after compact defect healing. The use of surgical intervention for achievement of the prolonged increase of blood inflow to the limb is substantiated in the study.
