The changes in the system of the transport service in the Russian Far East in 1990's and their social consequences

The article analyzes the conditions and problems of the transport service in the Far East in the context of radical reforms in the politics and economy. The author points out the contradictory results of these reforms for the transport service and attempts to trace the ways of their elimination.
