Changes in the social and professional structure of the region (on the example of Republic of Tyva)

The study deals with changes in the social and professional structure of the Republic of Tuva. The methodol basis of the study is a multidimensional hierarchical approach, and the empirical base is the data of the survey of the population of the Republic conducted in April 2019. Moreover, a comparative analysis of quantitative and qualitative characteristics of the employed and unemployed population of the Republic of Tuva is presented. The groups are considered by income, status, and education and other criteria. A qualitative analysis of human potential has revealed a high level of education of the population of the Republic (both employed and unoccupied). Presumably, in the Republic of Tuva, the changes in the socio-professional structure of the population are identical with the Russian society. However, the social and labor spheres of Tyva has its own specificity, which reflects the cyclical nature of the social process in the region.
