Changes in the customs procedure of customs transit on the Customs Code of the Eurasian Economic Union

The article deals with the customs procedure of customs transit and its legal provision. In connection with the entry into force of the customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union, some key provisions concerning customs regulation have undergone changes. In particular, the key provisions of customs procedures, in particular the customs procedure for customs transit, were amended.
