The development of market relations and the strengthening of competitive positions lead to the need to study a consumer and his reasons of decision to buy. In this article, one of the study stages of consumer behavior is the measurement of its response. The consumer reaction measurement occurs on two levels: emotional and behavioral. To measure each of the two reaction levels, the methods and models corresponding to them are used.
