The article considers the possibility of measuring the potential of countries and social inequalities in the countries of the world based on the application of basic values for socio-systems as stable data. The following basic categories are accepted as stable data for analysis: the health of residents of countries (physical and mental), family and demography, working conditions and quality (work), creative abilities of residents (education, creativity), ecology of countries, humanism of residents, faith of residents in the future and accumulation of personal material resources and wealth in the country.
