The problem of depicting characters in Eugene Onegin is the author's connection of the ancient and Christian principles of the depiction of man. The unity of character determines the image of the persons making up the background for the action of the main characters. The main characters are under the sign of transformation. They, and especially Tatiana, are capable of change, are shown not only from external actions, but also from the inner, spiritual-spiritual world, open in the depiction of man by Christian literature.
