Writing a formed court statement (dispozitiv) in the first-degree judgment of a legal proceedings

The legal proceedings law regulates which parts of the first-degree judgment brought by the court are involved into a legal proceedings. These parts are the following: an introduction, a statement and an explanation, In a paper work the authors analyze a segment referring to the statement in the first-degree legal proceedings in detail, appointing, on one side, how one should properly deal with the writing the statement of the first-degree judgment, and, on the other side, how one should deal with negligence and mistakes being done during the writing the first-degree judgment in the process of making a form of the statement (dispozitiv).
