The purpose of the study was to determine the adsorption activity of the developed experimental samples of a complex agent for group prevention and treatment of infectious diseases of the distal limbs of cattle. Based on the results of studying the adsorption capacity with respect to methylene blue, the most effective sample under the code "CB" was selected, which in terms of adsorption exceeds the commercial reference preparation by 20.93 % and has a more developed porous structure, which determines higher values of the sorption capacity for this marker. The development of new effective means and methods of treatment for diseases of the distal extremities is of great practical importance, contributing to an increase in the period of economic use of animals, a decrease in the development of antibiotic resistance of pathogenic microorganisms and an increase in the profitability of the industry.
