The article discusses the general principle of developing a biologically active adaptogenic antioxidant supplement based on natural components, such as propolis, rhodiola rosea, apple and carrot. The results of biochemical blood parameters (the content of ceruloplasmin and malondialdehyde) are presented, confirming the presence of chronic stress in Holstein cows kept in stressful conditions of the industrial complex, as well as changes in these indicators when using adaptogenic boluses. The experiment was conducted on the basis of Agroindustrial Complex "Yunost" in the Orel region, the object of which were Holstein cows of the second lactation (a month after calving). It is proposed to use biological additives in the form of bolus based on propolis and rhodiola rosea as adaptogens.
