The effect of the antimicrobial drugs KMBI-3 and KMCI-3 on primary cell cultures has been studied. To study the cytotoxic properties of potential microorganisms, primary cell cultures from rat liver were isolated to reduce the toxicity of feed. For the experiment, 11 groups of three repetitions were formed. Before the introduction of the studied drugs into groups of cell lines, a monolayer of cells was obtained for 48 hours. The cell culture of the first group served as a control, distilled water was injected into it in the same volume as in the studied groups. Tests of the biological properties of KMBI-3 and KMCI-3 preparations on an inoculated cell culture indicate the absence of toxicity when exposed to various concentrations.
