From linseed oilcakes (wastes of linseed-oil manufacture), are received protein products appropriate on the contents of fiber to a concentrate (70-90 %) and isolate (90 % and more). Is established, that in target linen protein end-products contains seven irreplaceable amino acids: lysine, valine, threonine, methionine, isoleucine, leucine and phenylalanine, that testifies to their high biological value, qualitatively and quantitatively comparable with soya protein products.
