Peculiarities of the young medicians’ values in Tver region, related to their adaptations to the working environment, have been analyzed in 800 individuas. The increase of the salary and free continuous education are necessary to keep the yound medicians in their working places. Our data can be used in the automated expert diagnostic system of keeping young medicians in their working places.
